That experience laid the groundwork for my transition into consulting, where I worked alongside leadership teams across various industries to tackle complex organizational and talent challenges. Over the past decade, I’ve led recruitment and HR initiatives for both large corporations and mission-driven startups, building talent strategies from the ground up, advising C-suite leaders, supporting HR teams, and guiding organizations through growth, change, and transformation.
